About Eliza Jayne
After completing a degree in Graphic Design- Advertising at the Australian Academy of Design I studied Animation at the Victorian College of the Arts. I have also recently been wonderfully mentored by Rocko’s Modern Life’s Joe Murray. Squash has won numerous awards including The John Muir Award - Yosemite Film Festival, Honourable Mention in LAIFF - Los Angeles International Film Festival, A Merit Award in LACFH - Los Angeles Cinema Festival of Hollywood and was also nominated for the Humor award - Animazing Spotlight Squash screened at ALL THE ABOVE plus the NYC International Film Festival. My first short Contro has screened in the Melbourne International Film Festival, the California Animtion Film Festival and seven countries throughout Europe including the Al- Sakia Film Festival in Egypt. My third and most recent film The Christening was nominated for Best Animated Short Film and screened in the Beverley Hills Film Festival in 2015.
